Our 10-session Youth Athlete Mindset Coaching Program gives athletes practical, science-backed tools they can use on and off the field, ice, or court.

  • While this program is led by a Registered Psychologist, it’s designed as mental skills coaching specifically aimed at enhancing athletic performance. The focus is on mindset development, emotional regulation, focus, and resilience—helping your athlete perform their best when it matters most. The key difference is that it’s not focused on treating mental health conditions, but rather on optimizing mental performance. An added benefit of working with a psychologist is that your athlete will have the space to explore and process any experiences or challenges that may be getting in their way, if and when it feels relevant. When we process the barriers that hold us back, we move forward with more confidence and clarity.

    Think of it as mental fitness training—just like physical conditioning for the body, it's an ongoing investment in your athlete’s long-term mental wellness and performance.

Many of the athletes we work with are already healthy, competitive, and excelling in their sport. We keep things engaging, interactive, and fun. We want them to feel empowered and excited to dive in.
