At Core Psychology in Calgary, we offer in-person perinatal counselling groups and an online prenatal and postpartum support groups for new and expecting parents seeking connection, understanding, and professional support.

Led by Registered Psychologists, these groups provide a safe, inclusive space to share experiences, receive guidance, and connect with others who truly understand.
