I help teens (14+) and adults who are navigating grief and the lingering effects of trauma. For more than 20 years I’ve worked in healing professions, and I understand how disorienting it is to lose someone, endure a sudden life change, or carry memories that haunt you long after the event has passed. My practice focuses on:

• Grief & Bereavement – Whether you’re mourning a loved one, a relationship, or even the future you imagined, I provide compassionate support and practical tools to help you process loss and rebuild your life.

• Trauma Recovery – If you’re dealing with the aftermath of difficult experiences—such as abuse, accidents, or chronic stress—I use evidence‑based techniques like EMDR to help reduce distress and restore a sense of control.

• Life Transitions – I also support clients through major transitions (perimenopause, retirement, or parenting shifts) that can stir up feelings of anxiety or depression.

My style is direct yet warm: I’ll challenge you when needed, but I also meet you where you are and work at your pace. I draw on a client‑centred, trauma‑informed approach, blending evidence‑based modalities with holistic practices to help you find clarity and healing.

Although my primary focus is grief and trauma, I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism) and their families, particularly when neurodivergence intersects with loss and traumatic experiences.
