Her work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their strengths, rebuild emotional balance, and develop healthier communication patterns, individually and in their relationships.

Julie recently relocated from Austin, Texas to Calgary and brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by years of clinical practice in diverse settings. At her core, Julie believes therapy is a partnership and an opportunity to explore challenges with honesty, compassion, and a shared commitment to growth.

Outside of her practice, Julie enjoys connecting with her new community, spending time outdoors, and sewing and brushing up on her French.
