Joe Seddon

Certified Canadian Counsellor

Joe specializes in working with those who notice their struggles have impacted their identity or sense of self. He works with his clients to heal from challenging circumstances, events or conditioning that has occurred over time and to develop a new personal narrative aligned with their strengths and a positive self-concept.

The stories we tell ourselves can influence how we think, feel, and interact with others. Joe’s approach to therapy takes into consideration the internal and external barriers that could be contributing to your concerns.

Engaging in therapy can bring feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. Joe walks alongside his clients to ease any feelings of discomfort using a variety of modalities and well-placed humour. Although getting to your preferred future takes work, that work can be filled with positivity and even a bit of fun.
